Lead AI Tech Architect

About the role

BCG Platinion is seeking a Lead AI Tech Architect to head technology modules within client projects, shaping digital and technology strategies across a range of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technology cases or modules within BCG projects, delivering architecture solutions and winning client buy‑in.
• Partner with clients to define IT strategies, design enterprise‑scale solutions and present recommendations to C‑suite stakeholders.
• Drive thought leadership on technology, with a focus on ERP/SAP offerings, and contribute to presales, proposal development and business development activities.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of experience in strategy, management or technology consulting, including senior leadership roles.
• Proven experience delivering large‑scale enterprise architecture across sectors such as industrial goods, consumer products, government, healthcare or energy.
• Strong analytical, hypothesis‑driven problem‑solving and excellent client‑facing communication skills.

Required skills

• Deep expertise in ERP/SAP solutions.
• Enterprise architecture frameworks and methods, preferably TOGAF (certified or equivalent).
• Experience with core system modernization and systems of record.
