Land Transaction Manager

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking an experienced Land Transaction Manager to support the delivery of major electricity transmission projects across Victoria. Based in Melbourne’s CBD, you will coordinate land and easement transactions, ensuring they align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate land and easement transactions, including access agreements, licences, options and property acquisitions.
• Support negotiations and facilitate the preparation, execution and registration of property agreements.
• Maintain accurate property records, acquisition registers and transaction tracking systems.
• Liaise with landholders, legal representatives, valuers and other external stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
• Identify and manage transaction risks, issues and delays, escalating where necessary.

Required profile

• Experience in property transactions, land acquisition, easements or related fields.
• Qualifications in Property, Business, Law, Commerce or a related discipline; experience in infrastructure, utilities, energy or major developments is highly regarded.
• Professional, customer‑focused communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Required skills

• Strong organisational ability to manage multiple priorities and detailed documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and transaction tracking systems.
