L2 EUC/Desktop Support Engineer – Onsite QLD

About the role

Eil Global is seeking an experienced L2 EUC/Desktop Support Engineer to join its on‑site team in Torbanlea, Queensland. You will provide comprehensive technical support for end‑users, handling both hardware and software issues across a range of devices and enterprise applications.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 operating system, hardware, and software problems.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, webcams, headsets, and other peripherals.
• Provide on‑site and remote support for Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel).
• Perform Active Directory tasks such as password resets, account unlocks, and group management.
• Diagnose and resolve LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, and basic network connectivity issues.
• Support AV and meeting‑room equipment, including Microsoft Teams Rooms and conference systems.
• Manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy, ensuring ticket updates and SLA compliance.
• Coordinate asset management and hardware replacement activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in EUC/Desktop support (L2 level).
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with end‑users and stakeholders.
