Kitchen Team Member – Back of House

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Back of House Kitchen Team Members to join Dôme’s café network. In this role you will help prepare ingredients and menu items to a consistently high standard while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and produce all food items according to Dôme’s recipes and quality guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen area.
• Assist with stock rotation, labeling, and storage to ensure freshness.
• Support fellow team members during busy service periods.
• Identify and complete any additional tasks required to keep operations running smoothly.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering great food to guests.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Team‑oriented mindset.
• Proactive attitude to recognise and finish tasks.
• Flexibility to work any shift between 5 am and 9 pm, Monday‑Sunday.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
