Key Account Manager – Mining (Perth, WA)

About the role

Join an international market leader in industrial infrastructure solutions as a Key Account Manager focused on Western Australia’s mining sector. You will build long‑term relationships with major asset owners, EPCM consultancies and tier‑one contractors, influencing project specifications from the earliest stages.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for a portfolio of major mining clients.
• Build trusted relationships with asset owners, EPCMs, engineering consultancies and contractors across WA.
• Identify opportunities in greenfield projects, sustaining capital works and maintenance activities.
• Engage clients during feasibility, FEED and design phases to influence specifications and secure early involvement.
• Deliver value‑based solutions that reduce installation time, lower lifecycle costs and improve operational performance.
• Maintain a structured pipeline of opportunities and accurate CRM activity.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and technical specialists to tailor solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor movements to uncover new business.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key account management, business development or technical sales within mining, industrial or engineering sectors.
• Established relationships with mining asset owners, EPCMs and contractors in Western Australia.
• Strong understanding of capital projects, maintenance environments and specification‑based selling.
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders from site personnel to executive leadership.
• Commercial acumen and a consultative approach to solving customer challenges.
