K-6 Teacher (Full‑time/Part‑time, Permanent & Fixed‑term)

About the role

Currambine Primary School is building a pool of qualified K‑6 teachers for permanent and fixed‑term positions, both full‑time and part‑time, to start during the 2026 school year and continue through Term 3, 2027. Appointments will be made as vacancies arise.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high‑quality literacy and numeracy programmes using balanced literacy, formative assessment and differentiated instruction.
• Implement systematic phonological awareness, synthetic phonics, the Science of Reading, Talk for Writing and hands‑on mathematics approaches.
• Collaborate within professional learning communities to refine instructional practice.
• Contribute to school improvement initiatives, leadership teams and whole‑school priorities.
• Foster an inclusive classroom environment that supports academic growth, leadership development and wellbeing.
