Junior/Mid-Level Software Engineer (Full‑Stack)

About the role

You will be part of a small, hands‑on Product Engineering team building and enhancing in‑house digital products that support core business operations. The role offers a collaborative environment where you work closely with experienced engineers, product specialists and AI‑focused teammates on both frontend and backend development.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack features for internal digital products.
• Collaborate with product specialists to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Write, test, and review code using modern development practices and Git.
• Integrate APIs and backend services, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) to improve development efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on software engineering experience.
• Strong fundamentals in one language, preferably .NET/C#.
• Experience with JavaScript and modern web frameworks (React is a plus).
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and backend services.
• Good problem‑solving skills and ability to articulate logical thinking.
• Interest in using AI tools as part of daily development work.
