Junior/Mid Creative – Art & Design Role

About the role

We are seeking a hungry Junior or Mid‑level Creative with an art or design background to join our team in Sydney. You will be part of a culture that values bold ideas, award‑winning work, and a genuine passion for creating pieces that spark conversation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concepts and execute designs that stand out and resonate with audiences.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and other creatives to bring ideas to life.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, innovative perspectives.
• Ensure final deliverables meet high creative standards and align with client objectives.

Required profile

• Based in Sydney or willing to relocate from elsewhere in Australia or New Zealand (no visa sponsorship).
• 0–4 years of professional experience, preferably from a design background.
• Strong creative instincts and an “unhealthy” interest in making great work.
• Comfortable communicating face‑to‑face with teammates and enjoying team lunches.
• Sense of humour and genuine care for the craft.
