Junior to Mid-weight Designer

About the role

Havas Health is seeking a talented Junior to Mid-weight Designer to join its creative team. You will work on healthcare and pharmaceutical campaigns, turning ideas into polished, purposeful creative across digital, social, print, video and events. This role is ideal for a visual thinker with 2–4 years of experience who wants their work to educate, engage and inspire.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual solutions for healthcare and pharmaceutical campaigns.
• Create engaging designs for digital, social, presentations, print, video and events.
• Collaborate with Creative, Medical Writers and Client Services teams.
• Interpret briefs and contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions.
• Prepare production‑ready artwork for both digital and print formats.
• Present design rationale and creative thinking internally.
• Stay up to date with design trends, emerging technologies and best practices.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in a design agency, advertising agency or in‑house creative team.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, layout, typography and visual storytelling.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience in a highly regulated industry (healthcare/pharma) is a bonus but not essential.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
