Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

Western Sydney Wanderers FC is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join the Marketing & Communications team. You will help bring the club’s bold visual identity to life across print, digital and social channels in a fast‑paced sporting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design marketing collateral for online and offline channels, including social content, digital banners, EDMs, signage, brochures and matchday assets.
• Create eye‑catching content for campaigns, events, season launches and promotions.
• Produce and adapt social media assets in static, motion and interactive formats such as GIFs, reels, slideshows and short‑form video.
• Support video creation, editing and optimisation for digital and social platforms.
• Develop creative mock‑ups for sponsorships, campaigns and new business opportunities.
• Deliver matchday creative for CommBank Stadium and Wanderers Football Park.
• Assist with creative output for the Western Sydney Wanderers Academy.
• Prepare artwork and production files for print and digital delivery.
• Ensure all creative aligns with brand guidelines while pushing ideas forward.
• Stay on top of design, digital and social trends and bring fresh inspiration to the team.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a graphic design role within sport.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative range and execution.
• Proactive, can‑do mindset with excellent attention to detail and time‑management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast‑moving team.
