Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a passionate, proactive and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our Sydney studio on a part‑time or full‑time basis. The role provides hands‑on experience supporting the production of marketing, sales and brand collateral, as well as occasional branded‑environment projects for an architecture and design practice with studios in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with studio teams to understand design requirements and interpret briefs under senior guidance.
• Create design solutions across print, web, display, social and digital media using text, symbols, images, colour and layout.
• Support delivery of graphic design and branded environment projects from briefing to completion, working with architecture and interior teams.
• Produce high‑quality communications collateral, including large‑format supergraphics, signage and wayfinding.
• Prepare presentations and visual materials for clients.
• Assist with sourcing quotes, liaising with suppliers and printers, and maintaining accurate design records.
• Contribute ideas in design reviews and stay informed of industry trends.
• Help develop and maintain design templates, libraries and file archives.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in Graphic Design or related field, or 0‑2 years of design experience.
• Interest in architecture, interior design or the built environment.
• Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt across diverse design disciplines.
