Junior Developer

About the role

We are looking for an early‑career developer to join our fintech team that embeds AI in every product. You will work closely with senior engineers on both our React front‑end and Node.js back‑end, delivering real features while using AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior engineers to design, build, test and ship features for React and Node.js services.
• Leverage AI tools such as large language models and coding assistants to enhance development efficiency.
• Write unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews and follow engineering standards.
• Partner with product, design and other engineers to understand requirements before coding.
• Assist in triaging bugs, debugging production issues and contributing to documentation and runbooks.

Required profile

• Curious and eager to learn, comfortable asking questions and receiving mentorship.
• Excited about building software in a team where AI is part of the toolkit from day one.
• Not expected to know everything; a growth mindset is essential.
