Junior Business Development Manager – APAC

About the role

Brightcove helps world‑class organisations deliver powerful video experiences. We are seeking a talented, driven and collaborative Junior Business Development Manager for the APAC region to partner with top brands and help them achieve ambitious goals.

Key responsibilities

• Run the B2B sales function by executing and optimizing sales processes, managing client relationships and delivering measurable enterprise sales results.
• Identify and cold‑call high‑potential leads to build a portfolio of revenue‑driving corporate clients.
• Learn the industry inside‑out, understanding incentives, pressure points and decision‑makers to forge profitable relationships.
• Work closely with the product team, articulating its value, gathering client feedback and influencing future development.
• Monitor performance metrics, pinpoint high‑value opportunities and continuously improve sales effectiveness.
• Deliver outstanding service at every client touchpoint to build trust and long‑term partnerships.

Required profile

• Extreme ambition with high initiative, effort and tenacity; a strong sense of responsibility and a rising personal bar.
• Strong reasoning ability: solve complex problems, think from first principles, structure ideas sharply and attend to critical details.

• Proficiency in English – reading, writing and speaking.
