IT & Workplace Support Engineer – Onsite Support Roles

About the role

The Missing Link is seeking multiple IT & Workplace Support Engineers to work onsite with one of Australia’s leading telecommunications organisations. You will act as a trusted technology partner, delivering real‑time assistance to end users across a range of workplace technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide deskside, walk‑up and on‑site IT support to end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365 and connectivity issues.
• Manage incidents and service requests from logging to resolution.
• Deploy, configure and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Assist with onboarding, office moves, meeting‑room setups and other workplace technology projects.
• Handle device‑lifecycle activities such as deployments, refreshes and retirements.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑focus with a passion for technology.
• Ability to work in a shift rotation (7 am‑7 pm, Mon‑Fri) and occasional on‑call duties.
• Willingness to develop technical skills in a supportive team environment.
