About the role

Join a market‑leading organisation operating across Australia and New Zealand as an IT Systems Support Analyst. Based in a modern head office, you will work at the intersection of IT and the business, ensuring core platforms run smoothly and support digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Support core platforms such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power BI.
• Act as the primary liaison between the business and third‑party IT providers.
• Provide hands‑on support and troubleshooting when required.
• Manage IT assets, user access, and maintain system documentation.
• Assist digital transformation initiatives and drive process improvements.
• Maintain security, backup and disaster‑recovery processes.
• Deliver training and promote system adoption across the organisation.

Required profile

• Experience supporting business systems in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies including M365, SharePoint, Azure and Teams.
• Exposure to ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 Business Central (highly desirable).
• Experience managing vendors and third‑party providers.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Proactive mindset with strong problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
• Understanding of security, governance and IT best practices.
