IT Systems & Infrastructure Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an internal IT superstar to manage the day‑to‑day technology needs of a modern office in Sydney. This full‑time, on‑site position offers a competitive salary of up to $140k for the right self‑motivated candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, servers, networks and overall IT infrastructure.
• Install, configure, maintain and monitor hardware, software, cloud platforms and network equipment.
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows Server, data storage, backups and cybersecurity practices.
• Assist with security cameras, access control and building management systems.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, incident records and IT processes.

Required profile

• Experience in IT support, systems administration or IT infrastructure.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently while supporting wider business needs.

Required skills

• Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Server and Microsoft 365.
• Networking equipment, NAS storage and cloud technologies.
• Cybersecurity best practices.
• Exposure to Azure, Ubiquiti or building management systems is advantageous.
