IT Support Technician

About the role

Urbis is seeking a proactive IT Support Technician to join its Technology & Digital team in Perth. You will be part of an 8‑person national helpdesk, delivering first‑ and second‑level support to staff across Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality support through the Technology Service Desk, responding quickly to requests.
• Act as the go‑to person for Microsoft Teams rooms and other new office technologies.
• Analyse and resolve hardware and software issues, including peripherals.
• Assist with system upgrades, installations, configuration and testing of new hardware.
• Promote technology literacy by coaching staff on Microsoft Office 365 and Teams.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience working in an Office 365 environment, preferably with admin portal exposure.
• Strong technical aptitude for desktop operating systems, software installation and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work directly with colleagues and provide friendly, customer‑focused support.
