About the role
Petstock is seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Technician to join its team in an entry‑level capacity. You will provide frontline telephone and remote support to store and office staff, ensuring that all IT systems run smoothly across our retail network.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver telephone and remote IT assistance to store and support office team members.
- Log and resolve support requests through the Helpdesk system.
- Provide after‑hours critical support on a rotational on‑call basis.
- Assist with new store setups, which may involve occasional travel.
- Maintain IT registers, process documentation, and how‑to guides.
Required profile
- Experience working in a support or call‑centre environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Resourceful problem‑solving attitude.
