IT Support Specialist – Melbourne

About the role

Coforge is looking for an experienced Information Technology Support Specialist to join our Melbourne team. You will provide first‑line technical assistance to internal users, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software and network services.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues on Windows 11 and macOS devices.
• Manage user accounts, password resets and group memberships in Active Directory.
• Support Microsoft 365 suite including Outlook, Teams and Office applications.
• Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers and other peripherals.
• Log, track and close incidents using ServiceNow while meeting SLA targets.
• Provide remote assistance using approved support tools.
• Assist with Wi‑Fi, LAN and VPN connectivity problems.
• Support mobile devices on iOS and Android platforms.
• Follow ITIL incident management processes and adhere to security and data‑protection best practices.
