IT Support Specialist – Berri Site

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our Berri site, providing hands‑on support to users across Australia and internationally. The role combines Level 1 and Level 2 troubleshooting with opportunities to work on projects and develop towards systems administration.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support for hardware, software and business applications.
• Set up, image, and troubleshoot laptops and desktops.
• Manage incidents and service requests using ITSM tools.
• Support user onboarding, access provisioning and device lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID / Active Directory environments.
• Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement of support processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in IT support, service desk or desktop support.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments (M365, Intune, AD/Entra ID).
• Ability to independently resolve technical issues.
• Excellent communication and customer‑focused attitude.
• Proactive, organised and able to manage competing priorities.
• Tertiary qualification in IT or related field is desirable but not required.
