IT Support Officer (Perth)

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Officer to be the primary point of contact for technology services in our Perth office. You will deliver Level 1 and Level 2 assistance to staff, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software and business applications while collaborating with a national IT team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite Level 1 and Level 2 support for a range of hardware, software and business applications.
• Manage, track and escalate support requests using the internal ticketing system.
• Assist with onboarding activities, including user access provisioning and device configuration.
• Maintain and support meeting‑room technology and audio‑visual equipment.
• Work closely with the national IT team on technology improvements and project initiatives.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in an IT Support or Helpdesk role.
• Proven ability to deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is highly regarded.
