IT Support Engineer – Microsoft 365 & Azure

About the role
We are a Melbourne‑based Managed Service Provider looking for a technically capable IT Support Engineer. You will work across the Microsoft stack, providing both day‑to‑day support and project delivery for a diverse client base.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve escalated Level 2 and Level 3 technical issues for multiple clients.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA and overall identity security.
- Deploy and support Microsoft Intune for device compliance and endpoint management.
- Troubleshoot networking components such as firewalls, VPNs, DNS, DHCP and wireless connectivity.
- Investigate and respond to cybersecurity alerts and incidents.
- Deliver migration, Azure and infrastructure projects.
- Administer Windows Server environments and support client onboarding and technology upgrades.
Required profile
- Solid hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 and related services.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access and MFA.
- Experience with Intune and endpoint management.
- Good communication skills and ability to work directly with clients.
- Proactive attitude with ownership of issues from start to resolution.
- Full Australian working rights.
