IT Support Analyst – Permanent, Perth

About the role

We are seeking a customer‑focused IT Support Analyst to join a global support team. The role is permanent, based in Perth and offers hybrid working.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support across hardware, software, networking, and user access issues.
• Manage user onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Administer MFA resets and password support.
• Manage users and devices via modern identity and device platforms.
• Support email security, device encryption, and remote management tools.
• Maintain accurate ticketing system updates and documentation.
• Deliver efficient and professional support within a global IT environment.

Required profile

• Proven troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365.
• Exposure to networking fundamentals and end‑user hardware support.
• Familiarity with service desk or ticketing systems.
• Experience or exposure to identity management, device management, or security tools (advantageous).
• Strong communication skills with a customer‑first mindset.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
