IT Support Administrator – Perth Metro

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Administrator to join our growing national organisation in Perth. This hands‑on role combines onsite user support, hardware and software deployment, and participation in integration projects across multiple metro locations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote IT support to end users across several Perth sites.
• Troubleshoot day‑to‑day technical issues, outages and escalations.
• Deploy hardware, refresh workstations and roll out devices.
• Join machines to the domain, configure new workstations and onboard users.
• Install software, rebuild systems and reconfigure environments.
• Assist with integration projects for newly acquired locations, including phone system and unified communications migrations.
• Coordinate with external vendors and telecommunications providers.
• Perform basic networking tasks such as switch installation and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Support technology modernisation and standardisation initiatives.
• Occasional interstate travel for team collaboration and project work.

Required profile

• Proactive, customer‑focused and able to work independently across multiple sites.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Comfortable with a fast‑growing, multi‑site environment.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel as needed.
