IT Support Administrator

About the role

LevelBlue is seeking an IT Support Administrator to join its Global End User Services team. This hybrid position primarily works remotely while providing Level 1 and Level 2 support to employees worldwide, with occasional visits to the Sydney office for hardware handling and collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support via phone, email, chat, and Freshservice ticketing platform.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues on Windows PCs, MacBooks, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and A/V equipment.
• Provision, maintain, and de‑provision user and computer accounts in Microsoft Entra ID.
• Manage ticket queue, triage, prioritize, resolve or escalate incidents while communicating clearly with users.
• Create and maintain documentation, knowledge‑base articles, and SOPs.
• Assist with local equipment procurement, vendor coordination, and asset inventory in Australia.

Required profile

• 2+ years of IT support/help‑desk experience with strong customer‑service focus.
• Hands‑on experience supporting both Windows (10/11) and macOS environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite and endpoint management tools (Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune).
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) and VPN solutions.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaborate across time zones.
