IT Mining Solution Lead

About the role

The role suits an IT/OT technology-focused professional with a track record of influencing strategy and shaping technology direction in complex operational environments.

Required profile

• Extensive strategy, leadership, technology, architecture or senior consulting experience in mining, rail and/or energy.
• Previous roles such as Solution Architect, Lead Architect, Principal Consultant, Technology Lead or similar.
• Proven ability to connect technology solutions to business goals and to shape technology strategy, roadmaps and transformation initiatives.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and executives.
• Experience leading large, high-performing teams.

Required skills

• Enterprise architecture, systems integration and solution design.
• Ability to assess business problems, find root causes and recommend fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Desirable: TOGAF or equivalent architecture framework, cloud architecture certifications, Agile and Waterfall delivery experience, knowledge of data platforms, industrial systems, automation technologies or OT ecosystems.
