About the role
The IT Infrastructure Support Analyst provides comprehensive IT support to users located in the Melbourne office as well as remote and client sites. The role ensures that all IT devices are up‑to‑date, secure, and aligned with Infosys’ service and security standards.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver IT support to users on‑site and remotely, addressing hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and manage IT infrastructure services across the region.
- Maintain device compliance by applying latest patches, signatures, and approved software.
- Support new‑hire onboarding, configuring laptops and basic IT services both locally and via WebEx.
- Follow Service Support processes and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Prepare systems and infrastructure in line with IT and information‑security guidelines.
- Monitor and meet security KPIs, handling IT audits and remediation of findings.
- Manage asset inventory and related activities.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and service procurement.
