IT Administrator – Hybrid Identity & Cloud Systems

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on IT Administrator to manage and support our modern workplace environment, overseeing user operations, devices and core infrastructure while driving the transition to a cloud‑first Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Manage hybrid identity environments (Active Directory, Microsoft 365/Entra ID) including user provisioning and access control.
• Support and maintain network infrastructure such as FortiGate VPN, firewall, DHCP, DNS and Wi‑Fi.
• Troubleshoot and maintain legacy on‑premises systems, including SQL databases.
• Administer endpoints using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Oversee device lifecycle – procurement, setup, tracking and replacement.
• Support SaaS platforms including Microsoft 365, Outlook, CodeTwo, Aircall and HubSpot.
• Assist with migration from legacy systems to modern cloud‑based solutions.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives that enhance systems, processes and user experience.

Required profile

• Strong troubleshooting skills across systems, networks and applications.
• Comfortable learning and managing new SaaS platforms.
• Proactive attitude toward process improvement and user experience.
