Irrigation Technician

About the role

Join Green by Nature to deliver sustainable irrigation and water‑saving solutions across diverse outdoor sites. You will play a key part in keeping landscapes healthy, efficient and environmentally responsible.

Key responsibilities

• Install, service and repair both manual and automatic irrigation systems.
• Diagnose faults and repair controllers, valves, pumps, pipes and sprinklers.
• Program and monitor watering schedules to optimise water use.
• Maintain accurate service and maintenance records.
• Support sustainable water use and overall landscape health.
• Work safely and comply with all environmental requirements.

Required profile

• Certificate IV in Irrigation, Certificate III in Horticulture, or a relevant qualification.
• Minimum three years’ experience in irrigation installation or maintenance.
• Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to interpret irrigation plans and technical drawings.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Safety‑focused, reliable and able to work independently.
