About the role
Join Johnson & Johnson's Global Finance team as an Invoice to Cash Senior Lead Analyst, driving strategic accounts receivable outcomes across assigned markets. You will partner with commercial, finance, customer service and supply chain teams to optimize cash flow and manage risk.
Key responsibilities
- Own overall AR health and collections performance, including DSO, past‑due balances and dispute aging.
- Lead AR forecasting, cash collection outlook reviews and present actionable insights to market leadership.
- Develop and execute customized collection and dispute resolution strategies for high‑risk, high‑revenue portfolios.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit readiness and governance frameworks.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline; professional certifications (CPA, CMA, MBA) preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of end‑to‑end Invoice‑to‑Cash experience, with deep expertise in collections and dispute management.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex, high‑value customer portfolios.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems.
- Strong command of reporting, analytics and automation tools for collections execution.
