Invoice to Cash Senior Lead Analyst

About the role

The Invoice to Cash Senior Lead Analyst will drive strategic Accounts Receivable outcomes for assigned markets, partnering with Commercial, Finance, Customer Service and Supply Chain teams. This individual contributor role influences cash flow optimization, risk mitigation and continuous improvement across the global finance network.

Key responsibilities

• Own overall AR health and collections performance, monitoring DSO, past‑due balances, dispute aging and cash collection outcomes.
• Present AR performance, cash forecasts, key risks and recommendations to market and leadership reviews.
• Develop and execute customized collection and dispute resolution strategies for high‑risk, high‑revenue portfolios.
• Lead AR forecasting, analyze payment behavior and provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit readiness and governance frameworks.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives, adopting new tools, analytics and automation to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline; professional certifications (CPA, CMA, MBA) preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in finance, invoice‑to‑cash operations, with deep expertise in collections and dispute management.
• Proven ability to manage strategic customer portfolios, handle complex escalations and influence cross‑functional partners.
• Strong analytical, risk assessment and decision‑making capabilities.
