Investigation Analyst – Risk & Compliance

About the role

The Star Gold Coast is seeking an Investigation Analyst to join its Risk & Compliance team. You will protect the integrity of our operations by collecting, analysing and reporting intelligence on illegal or undesirable activity.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse complex data to produce actionable intelligence.
• Support investigations by preparing clear, concise reports for internal stakeholders, law enforcement and regulators.
• Identify emerging risks, trends and suspicious activity through proactive monitoring.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in data analysis, intelligence gathering and reporting.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• High level of integrity, discretion and professionalism.
• Ability to obtain a NSW SEL & Queensland Key Employee Licence (background checks required).
