Inventory Controller

About the role

Regis Resources is seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to join the Supply Chain team at its Duketon gold operation. Reporting to the Supply Chain Superintendent, you will ensure accurate inventory records, support stock availability and drive continuous improvement across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure data integrity within the ERP system.
• Monitor inventory levels, trigger replenishment and guarantee critical stock availability.
• Conduct inventory analysis to identify trends, discrepancies and optimisation opportunities.
• Manage cycle‑count programs, stocktakes and inventory reconciliations.
• Investigate variances and implement corrective actions to improve accuracy.
• Maintain master data and enforce catalogue governance standards.
• Coordinate lifecycle activities for rotable assets and oversee storage/preservation requirements.
• Support inventory optimisation and reduction initiatives.
• Prepare inventory reports, dashboards and performance metrics for decision‑making.
• Identify obsolete or surplus inventory and develop cost‑reduction strategies.
• Collaborate with procurement, maintenance and operations teams to meet planning needs.

Required profile

• Qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics or Warehousing.
• Demonstrated experience in inventory control within a large‑scale operation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
