About the role
StackAdapt is seeking an Inventory Analyst to support its Sales team and ensure the smooth execution of high‑impact advertising campaigns. You will work closely with cross‑functional partners, troubleshoot technical issues, and help automate processes to drive efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Assist Sales with complex RFPs by providing inventory, measurement, and data‑driven solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Technical Solutions, and Inventory stakeholders to execute campaigns.
- Troubleshoot technical and performance issues for high‑value clients, identify root causes, and recommend actionable fixes.
- Handle ad‑hoc reporting and analysis requests.
- Identify process‑improvement opportunities and automate workflows using tools such as Claude, Excel, and SQL.
- Partner with Inventory Development and Technical Program teams on commercialization efforts.
- Maintain and improve documentation, reporting resources, process guides, and internal knowledge bases.
- Communicate with SSPs, publishers, and partners for troubleshooting, RFP support, and operational follow‑through.
- Support dashboards, scripts, tools, and workflows that enable day‑to‑day operations and scalability.
Required profile
- 2+ years in data analysis, business analysis, ad operations, inventory operations, or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven ability to work with large data sets and deliver clear, actionable insights.
- Strong project‑management experience from data ingestion to delivery.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working across cross‑functional teams and explaining technical analyses to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
