About the role

Sydneywide Partyhire is looking for an Internal Sales Person to join its team. Reporting to the COO, the role focuses on handling customer enquiries, quotations and orders while providing technical information and solutions. The position is full time.

Key responsibilities

Process general phone, fax and email sales enquiries, quotations and orders
Provide technical information and solutions to customers
Follow up quotes with customers
Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Deliver exceptional customer service

Required profile

Sales experience or hire and rental industry experience; people looking for a sales career are welcome
Availability Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday 8am to 1pm
Ability to interact at all levels and work in a motivated team in a high-performing business
Attention to detail
Knowledge of hire and rental is advantageous

Required skills

Strong communication skills
Intermediate computer skills
