Intermediate Full-stack Engineer (Remote)

About the role

Dev.Pro is seeking an Intermediate Full‑stack Engineer to join its remote engineering team. You will work on customer‑facing products, balancing back‑end and front‑end development to deliver functional, intuitive, and visually appealing applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails as the primary framework.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to create user‑friendly UI/UX.
• Implement responsive front‑end solutions with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Ruby on Rails Hotwire or Phoenix LiveView.
• Design and build RESTful APIs, integrate third‑party services, and manage PostgreSQL databases.
• Write clean, maintainable code and enforce internal style and quality standards through code reviews.
• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance optimisation.
• Own the full lifecycle of features, from conception to production deployment.
