Integrity Lawyer

About the role

Tennis Australia is seeking an Integrity Lawyer to join its Integrity team on a permanent, full‑time basis. You will help safeguard tennis as a safe, fair and inclusive sport by providing legal advice, drafting policies and managing disputes across a range of integrity matters.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Tennis Australia’s national policy framework for integrity.
• Collaborate with the International Tennis Integrity Agency on anti‑doping and anti‑corruption initiatives for major events.
• Provide legal advice and representation in investigations, disciplinary proceedings and litigation.
• Support Member Associations in implementing national policies and procedures.
• Manage external law firms and oversee litigation and dispute‑resolution files.
• Conduct legal research on child safety, anti‑doping, corruption and member protection legislation.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Laws degree.
• 4+ years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in a law firm or in‑house environment.
• Current Full Practising Certificate in Victoria.
• Strong dispute‑resolution experience.
• Highly developed drafting and negotiation abilities.
• Working knowledge of sports law is desirable.
