Integrated Planner

About the role

MECCA is seeking an Integrated Planner to join the Planning team, ensuring the right products are available at the right time for customers. You will own the demand planning process for your brand portfolio and optimise inventory to meet demand.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop consensus forecasts and mitigate risks.
• Manage the end‑to‑end demand planning lifecycle, including new product launches, promotions, campaigns and discontinuations.
• Partner with Brand teams on new product introductions and ranging decisions.
• Place and manage purchase orders aligned with supplier cycles to maintain optimal stock.
• Monitor inventory levels and planning KPIs to support trading events and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in demand planning, supply planning or inventory management.
• Experience within Retail or FMCG is highly desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using merchandise management or supply chain planning systems.
