Inside Sales Representative

About the role

Air Liquide Australia is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage and grow commercial relationships with small business customers across the industrial sector nationwide. Reporting to the Pacific Team Lead, you will be the primary contact for clients in welding, automotive and manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing small customers to ensure retention and revenue growth.
• Identify and pursue new prospects within small business and healthcare segments to meet sales targets.
• Manage targeted sales campaigns, follow‑up and reporting to maximise conversion rates.
• Ensure customers have current contracts and manage ongoing contract compliance.
• Participate in audits to maintain call quality, compliance and Inside Sales policies.

Required profile

• Up to 3 years of experience in a sales or customer‑facing role, preferably within industrial sectors.
• Proven ability to close sales with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Full Australian working rights.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Google Workspace suite.
• Ability to quickly learn new CRM systems.
