Injury Management Advisor

About the role

DXC's Insurance Software and BPS (ISB) helps insurers worldwide modernise and run their core operations at scale, covering policy administration, claims, billing, analytics and digital engagement. As part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, the Injury Management Advisor provides clinical guidance and support to Case Managers, helping deliver evidence-based injury management and sustainable return to work outcomes. This is a fixed-term contract until February 2027.

Required profile

• Qualification in an allied health or health-related discipline (e.g. Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Nursing or similar).
• Experience developing and implementing injury management and return to work plans.
• Ability to assess clinical information and collaborate with treating practitioners to achieve the best recovery outcomes.
• Experience facilitating case conferences, claims reviews and stakeholder discussions.
• Desirable: experience in Occupational Rehabilitation or Workers Compensation, and knowledge of injury management legislation and return to work frameworks.

Required skills

• Strong coaching and communication skills, with the ability to support and develop Case Managers.
• Sound knowledge of medical terminology, treatment pathways and rehabilitation principles.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A genuine passion for supporting people through their recovery journey.
