In‑House Litigation Lawyer – Regulatory Disputes

About the role

This position is for a Regulatory Disputes Lawyer to join a high‑performing in‑house legal team within a large, complex organisation operating in a highly regulated environment. Reporting to an experienced leader, you will work on significant regulatory, investigations, disputes and risk matters while partnering closely with senior business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and advise on regulatory disputes, investigations and litigation matters across the business.
• Provide commercially pragmatic advice to senior stakeholders and support strategic decision‑making.
• Collaborate with the broader legal team to develop consistent, risk‑aware approaches.
• Draft and review contentious advisory documents, pleadings and settlement agreements.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the organisation.

Required profile

• 7‑12 years of post‑qualification experience in private practice or in‑house, preferably in disputes, litigation, regulatory or investigations.
• Strong technical capability across regulatory disputes and contentious advisory matters.
• Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and deliver commercially focused advice.
• Excellent communication, relationship management and sound judgement.
• Resilient, solutions‑oriented and collaborative mindset.
