Information Solutions Analyst

About the role

Join Griffith University's Digital Solutions team to design and deliver technology solutions that improve information management across research, teaching and corporate areas. You will work with Microsoft 365, Power Platform and governance tools to streamline business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse stakeholder requirements and design solutions ranging from SharePoint site configuration to complex Power Automate workflows and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain governance tools, including AvePoint Cloud Governance and Microsoft Purview, providing user support and automated services.
• Collaborate with colleagues across campuses to implement digital forms, Acrobat Sign integrations and data visualisations.

Required profile

• Experience managing Microsoft 365 workspaces (Teams, SharePoint, M365 Groups, OneDrive).
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Strong business analysis, problem‑solving and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).
• AvePoint Cloud Governance, Policies and Insights, Microsoft Purview.
• Power Platform – Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI.
• Acrobat Sign and digital form creation.

• Full‑time fixed‑term contract (12 months) based at the Nathan campus.
• Salary range $104,504.60 – $113,219.43 base plus 17% superannuation.
