Industrial Refrigeration Technician – Australia Relocation

About the role

Gordon Brothers Industries, the largest industrial refrigeration company in Australia, is seeking skilled Industrial Refrigeration Technicians to join its service team across major cities. The role involves delivering high‑quality service, maintenance and repairs on commercial refrigeration systems while providing excellent customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Perform planned and reactive service, maintenance and repairs on commercial refrigeration equipment.
• Diagnose faults, implement effective solutions and complete accurate service reporting.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers.
• Participate in training, toolbox meetings and safety programs.

Required profile

• Qualified Refrigeration Mechanic (Cert III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning).
• Current Australian driver’s licence and ARC Refrigerant Handling Licence.
• Restricted Electrical Licence.
• Demonstrated experience in commercial refrigeration service and maintenance.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of refrigeration and air‑conditioning systems.
• Experience with commercial, supermarket or cold‑storage refrigeration.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work varied hours or on‑call roster.
