Industrial Plant Cleaner – 36hr 4‑day roster

About the role

UGL Industrials is seeking Industrial Plant Cleaners to join its asset and facilities maintenance team at a heavy‑industrial site near Gracemere, Queensland. The role is permanent part‑time, 36 hours per week on a four‑day roster, and is based on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as shovelling, sweeping and hosing to maintain a safe and tidy plant environment.
• Operate cleaning equipment and assist with waste removal in hot, dusty conditions.
• Support confined‑space and high‑access cleaning activities as required.
• Comply with all site safety procedures and participate in regular safety checks.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar cleaning role or within a heavy‑industrial setting.
• Strong safety focus and willingness to undergo pre‑employment medical, drug and alcohol screening.
• Ability to work physically demanding tasks in a hot, dusty environment.

Required skills

• White Card (construction induction).
• Valid Driver’s Licence.
• Confined Space certification – preferred.
• Working at Heights certification – preferred.
• HRWL – Forklift licence – preferred.
• Manual MR Truck Licence – preferred.
