Incident Coordinator – Sydney

About the role

Infosys is seeking an Incident Coordinator to join its Sydney team. The role focuses on managing incidents and problems across the organisation, ensuring accurate logging, analysis and resolution. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Log all incidents in ServiceNow and capture required data for historical reporting.
• Analyse incident data to identify systemic issues and trends.
• Lead investigations of Major Incidents, prepare Post‑Incident Reviews and present findings to senior leadership.
• Prioritise problems in partnership with stakeholders and drive resolution.
• Monitor Service Level Agreements, generate KPI reports and ensure correct incident impact prioritisation.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis, assign tasks to teams and hold them accountable to deadlines.
• Coordinate remediation activities to ensure timely completion.

Required profile

• Proven experience in incident and problem coordination within an IT environment.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and spot trends.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior stakeholders.
