About the role

Aussie, part of the Lendi Group, is hiring a full-time in-store mortgage broker for its Heidelberg retail store. Aussie brokers help Australians find, buy and own homes, and the company is growing across the region and wants driven mortgage professionals to build a career in one of its high-performing stores.

Key responsibilities

• Manage walk-ins, online leads and in-store appointments with high-intent customers
• Contribute to local area marketing initiatives in your community
• Guide customers through the home loan journey from search to settlement and beyond
• Submit deals to the in-house processing team, which handles the admin so you can focus on your local community
• Earn referral income from buyer's agents and conveyancing through the expanded offering

Required profile

• Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking, or willingness to obtain one before starting (the company supports you)
• Background in sales or customer service roles
• Drive and determination to contribute to the growth of the retail store
• Passion for helping customers achieve their homeownership dreams
• Unrestricted Australian working rights
