In-Store Mortgage Broker - Gepps Cross & Firle

About the role

Aussie, a home-loan and home-buying brand, is hiring in-store mortgage brokers for its retail stores in Gepps Cross and Firle. As a Store Broker you help customers find, buy and own their homes, and you can earn referral income from buyer's agents and conveyancing through the company's connected ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Manage walk-ins, online leads and in-store appointments with high-intent customers
• Contribute to local area marketing initiatives in your community
• Guide customers through the home loan journey from search to settlement and beyond
• Submit deals to the in-house processing team, which handles the admin so you can focus on customers
• Earn referral income from buyer's agents and conveyancing

Required profile

• Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking, or willingness to obtain one before starting (the company supports you)
• Background in sales or customer service roles
• Drive and determination to contribute to the growth of the retail store
• Passion for helping customers achieve their homeownership dreams
• Unrestricted Australian working rights
