Aussie, a home-loan and home-buying brand, is growing its retail stores across the region and is looking for mortgage professionals to work as in-store brokers in Geelong. Brokers help Australians find, buy and own homes, and over 80% of home loans are now written through brokers. The role sits within a connected ecosystem that includes buyer's agents and conveyancing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage walk-ins, online leads and in-store appointments with high-intent customers
• Contribute to local area marketing initiatives in your community
• Guide customers through the home loan journey from search to settlement and beyond
• Submit deals to the in-house processing team, which handles the admin
• Earn referral income from buyer's agents and conveyancing

Required profile

• Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking, or willingness to obtain one before starting
• Background in sales or customer service roles
• Drive and determination to contribute to the growth of the retail store
• Passion for helping customers achieve their homeownership dreams
• Unrestricted Australian working rights
