In-House Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking an In‑House Recruiter to join Highland Group’s People & Culture team. In this full‑time position you will lead talent acquisition for our fast‑growing real‑estate business, building pipelines and promoting our employer brand across Sydney and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for all business functions.
• Proactively head‑hunt high‑performing agents and professionals through market mapping and networking.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Write and post job ads on multiple platforms and conduct screening, interviews, reference and police checks.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers throughout the hiring process and provide regular recruitment reporting.
• Promote Highland Group’s employer brand and culture in the market.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or the real‑estate sector.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Proactive, resilient and positive attitude.
• Confidence engaging candidates both over the phone and face‑to‑face.
