ICU SHO or Registrar (Evergreen)

About the role

St Vincent's Private Hospital Northside, part of the St Vincent's Health Australia group, is expanding its ICU team and is looking for suitably experienced and qualified SHO or registrars to join on a full-time, part-time or casual basis. The 17-bed ICU cares for about 1450 patients per year, with a strong cardiovascular surgical focus but also high-quality care for other surgical and medical patients. Required profile

• Full general registration with AHPRA as a Medical Practitioner
• Minimum of 3 years of postgraduate practitioner experience
• Ability to work positively and cooperatively in a multidisciplinary environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and commitment to professional development
• Competency in critical thinking and problem solving, in a flexible and collaborative way
• Working knowledge of relevant regulations, legislation and common law practices
• Demonstrated ability to liaise with other departments and build collaborative relationships with Visiting Medical Officers
